What the law says

No reason required

You don't have to explain why you're cancelling.
Changed your mind? That's enough.
Must be in unused condition with original tags still attached.

No Penalty

We cannot charge you a fee for exercising your statutory right to cancel.

Full Refund

You're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery charges.

14 Calendar Days

Your window begins the day after delivery. Weekends and bank holidays all count.

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, a fee for the shipping return will be deducted from your refund. We'll confirm this when you raise a return.

Refund Timing

We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method.

When the right to cancel may not apply

In certain circumstances, the statutory right to cancel is not available. If you're unsure whether your purchase qualifies, please contact us before arranging a return.


  • Products that have been personalised, customised, or made to your specific requirements
  • Sealed items that cannot be returned once opened for health, hygiene, or copyright reasons
  • Perishable goods, including food, beverages, or fresh flowers
  • Digital content where access, download, or streaming has started with your prior consent
  • Items that have been permanently combined or mixed with other goods after delivery
