Easy Return Policy

We want you to be totally happy with your new Gill product, so we’ve made it easy to return your item. You can return any unwanted item within 30 days of delivery, providing it is unused, in the original condition you received the item from us, and with all packaging and tags supplied by us intact.

Easy Returns with SWAP

We’ve partnered with Swap Commerce to make returns quick and simple.

Through our returns portal you can choose one of the following options:

How to Return Items:

Visit the Returns Portal below to start your return.
Enter your order number and email address.
Select the items you want to return and the return reason.
Select if you would like a refund or store credit.

Once submitted, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a return label to send your item back.

Start Your Return

Once received in our warehouse we will process your return. Refunds are processed within 14 days. Confirmation of store credit will be sent to you by email or your refund will be processed back to the payment method used to purchase the item.

Please see below prices for each territory:

Eurozone	€12.00
Europe non-Euro	£15.00
Rest of World	£20.00

The above will be deducted from your refund/store credit when processed. Please note that any import duties and taxes paid are non-refundable should any products be returned.
