Your 14-day right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days

What The Law Says

01

No reason required

You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a retail store.
If goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature,
characteristics and functioning, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss of value.

02

No Penalty

We cannot charge you a fee for exercising your statutory right to cancel.

03

Full Refund

You're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, paid back to your original payment method.

04

14 Calendar Days

Your window begins the day after delivery. Weekends and bank holidays all count.

05

Return Postage

Unless the item is faulty, a fee for the shipping return will be deducted from your refund. We'll confirm this when you raise a return.

06

Refund Timing

We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method.
