Here at Gill, we ship to multiple international destinations. Shipping costs, duty and tax charges will depend on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Our checkout will guide you step by step through your purchase and once complete you will receive updates to your email account. You will receive an order acknowledgement email once your order is confirmed.
We aim to despatch all orders, placed before 3pm, the same day.*

We will be keeping you informed at every stage of the journey, because we believe in maximising choice and convenience as we know you’re likely to be out on the boat/at work etc.
That is why we partner with FedEx, who provide:
- Door-to-door delivery service
- Signature options (where required)
- Flexible delivery management (reschedule, safe place, etc.)
Please ensure your address is accurate and includes any apartment or unit numbers to avoid delays and that you provide a mobile phone number wherever possible.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
- Deliveries are typically made during local business hours
- Someone may need to be available to receive the parcel
- Remote or rural areas may take slightly longer
- FedEx may contact you directly if needed for delivery instructions
*Please note: we do not despatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays; if you place your order after 3pm on Friday, or on Saturday or Sunday, your order will be despatched on the following Monday.
